We have completed the long three-day road trip from Georgia to Utah. It was quite the experience. We loaded up our Penske truck and headed west. As you all know tornadoes have been hitting the Midwest this past week and both of us can testify to that. We experienced the crazy weather first hand. But we are finally back in good ol Provo, Utah safe and sound.
We have finally moved into our apartment...YAY!!! We really do enjoy it. It is small, but perfect for us. I honestly say that we are completely moved in. We really enjoy all the greenery surrounding us and also the people.
We went to church yesterday which was about one block down the street, and really enjoyed the ward and the bishop. It was quite the family ward experience when the first counselor stood up to announce that there had been three babies born within the past week, and later to find out that half the ward is pregnant!
Again we are so grateful for all the love and support of family and dear friends. We are still having the time of our lives starting off a new life together!

Hi Aaron and Megan - glad you made it back to Utah safely. You'll always remember your first home together. All of your wedding pictures are great - you're a beautiful couple. Love the colors you picked, Megan. Everyone looked like they were having a blast at the reception. Sorry we couldn't make it. You two have a wonderful summer. Hope it's not too long before we get to meet Megan in person.
With love,
Aunt Wendie
How fun! When Justin and I left your folks house the night before you left we were doing a little remembering of our own. We started talking about how great and simple life was in our first little humble apartment, when we were just starting out. The world, your life and possiblities are wide open. And you get to do it together!
Seeing you two start out makes us so excited for you, because we remember that being such a fun time in our lives and we know it will be the same for you two as well. Some of our favorite memories are silly things like walking to the Dairy Queen to get Blizzards after work and before Justin had to head off to night classes. Or snuggling in bed together for 20 minutes before we got up every morning. (Oh what I would give for that again!) Enjoy every little thing as your new journey continues! This truly is such a special time in your lives!
